Game keeps driving after career race

two times in a row now my game just keeps going after a race and I can't do anything other than look around and end up having to reset the game. Any clue why it keeps doing this? Just started playing today so I'm new to the game.

hey guys,

in career mode after finishing a race, there is NO possibility to save the race for replay, why?

-I finish a race, drive thru the finish line

-it starts to simulate my driving at that point, but it is not a replay

-I can look at the finish table, times or continue

-after I choose continue, the points are given to me and I get a congrats message for finishing

-then Im transferred to the location of the next race

where is the problem?

 

I dont get forza 4

After you select "Go Race" in the Career Mode, you should see the Events selection under World Tour.

 

I'm having this issue as well. Just bought my xbox one and forza yesterday. Came here hoping to find a solution.

Happens to me too in free play, third time in a row, had to turn off the game to get ou of it.. I bought xbox one yesterday too and downloaded forza.

 

Been happening to me since last night as well. Have to dashboarding and quitting to game only for it to happen again on the very next race. I have no idea if my driver and affinity levels, and credits are effected either.

 

Yeah......now its every single race.

 

I uninstalled the game and am re-installing it now. Hopefully that offers a fix.

 

Looks like uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work. Also looks like when this happens, your credits, driver level, and affinity level don't increase either.

 

Uninstalling/Reinstalling probably isn't going to fix this. This looks to be due to the server issues that have been occurring with this game since the "free for gold" weekend. I've seen other reports of similar behavior on the FM.net forums. It seems like,
when the servers are down, the game can't connect to the servers at the end of career races to check/post your best lap time. When it can't connect - the car just keeps driving around the track in an endless loop while the game continues to try and connect
online. If that's what's really happening - then getting the servers fixed is the only thing that will resolve this issue. Turn10/MS are working on it.

 

Dont worry its ok just wait a few moments and screen will go to menu to add your credits. Its not a fault
