Game keeps crashing

I have digitally bought this game some time ago. And it has worked fine until yesterday. I load the game and when it gets to the main menu it boots me off the game and sends me to the home screen. If I get lucky enough I can sometimes join a game but it
still boots me back to the home screen. I have talked to a Xbox representative for almost an hour yesterday and he told me to reset the Xbox (where I have to put all of my information in again) and it still didn’t work. If anybody has any suggestions feel
free to let me hear them.

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing

my xbox keeps crashing fh3 but i can plays other games without problems. I already re-installed the game and the game keeps crashing. Can somebody help me??

 

battle island keeps crashing

how can I start the game again from scratch as it seems it corrupted and keeps crashing its like its trying to upload the game from their servers and just keeps crashing that what it seems like
