Game keeps crashing when I try to continue the game. How to fix?

I initially played the game (Plague tale requiem) with no problem after installing. Second time however, the game showed as downloading yet again. I noticed that in my recent app the game still was showing. I started to play for a few minutes from clicking that and it eventually crashed.

The game apparently saved correctly but it no longer works other than the title screen. I tried creating a new game and that seemed to go past the title screen but I'm not playing if it'll just crash when I get to the same point as before.

Please try the steps and see if it helps.

* Please sign out of the following:

Xbox app, MS store and PC

* RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER

1. Click on Start and select Settings.

2. Choose Update and security.

3. Click on Troubleshoot option.

4. Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.

The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.

* RESET THE XBOX APP, MICROSOFT STORE APP & GAMING SERVICES

1. Click Start and click Settings.

2. Select Apps on

3. Select Apps & features.

4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

5. Click Reset and Repair later.

6. Do the same steps for Microsoft Store app & Gaming Services.

7. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.

* RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE

1. Close store app

2. Press Windows Key+R to open run command

3. Type

WSreset.exe

4. And press Enter

5. Let the blank page process

The store will start automatically.

* Hold down your PC power button till it shuts down

Turn it back on after 5 minutes and sign in back the correct account.

Then try your game again.

I just wanted to clarify, is this on a PC or Xbox console? If you're on a PC, are you on Windows 10 or Windows 11?

My game also keeps crashing and turns off my xbox one x. I have tried all fixes and it continues to reboot.

The game keeps crashing every 15 minutes how can i fix it

I'm using XBox One Elite. My problem with the game is exactly the same as descriptions above. When finished downloading, start the game for the first time, it's suddenly crashed when pressing A to continue. Try to load the game again and it works. Quit and
relaunch the game, from now on it crashes frequently when finishing the animation of MOON logo.
