Game keeps crashing upon loading

I'm trying to play Gears Of War 2 on my Xbox one and every time i try to load my profile it causes the game to freeze and kicks me back to home screen. this is a down loaded game and is linked to my husbands account and we played for weeks before this started
to happen. he as me add in the family so i should be able to play it without problems. I've been thought all trouble shooting steps with support and problem keeps occurring.

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing

my xbox keeps crashing fh3 but i can plays other games without problems. I already re-installed the game and the game keeps crashing. Can somebody help me??

Hey there MellowTimesYo!

Sorry to hear about the crashing issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few troubleshooting steps:

From the Home screen of your Xbox One console, navigate to My Games & Apps

Under the Games tab, select Gears of War 2 and press the Menu button.

Select Manage Game and highlight Gears of War 2.

Press the Menu button again and then select Uninstall.

Once the game has uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

After your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.

Navigate back to My Games and Apps and scroll to the right.

Select Gears of War 2 in the "Ready to Install" section and press the A button.

Select Install and after the game has installed, try launching it to see if the issue continues.

Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Also, please let us know any additional troubleshooting steps that you have already tried. Thanks in advance!

NAT type is open.

I tried out hotspot and loaded up a game, and it crashed upon starting up and tried a second time, and it only lasted about a minute and a half before crashing.

I tried this, it still just crashed upon ten seconds of loading. No prompt to sign in or anything.

No errors were found when troubleshooting and the error message is gone but upon launching it will start the game but freeze as soon as the menus loads, and other times upon launch it will show as a black screen with my cursor showing as the blue loading circle then the crash menu pops up saying the basic "Close app" and "Wait for response". I will try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and possibly that will fix it.

Okay, I just factory reset the console and reinstalled Riders Republic since that is one of the games that keeps crashing the most. Upon playing for around 10 minutes again it crashed again even after the factory reset.
