game keeps crashing on windows 10

Windows 8.1 HP Laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game over 10 times and the same thing keeps happening!!!! When I try to load the game, the window opens but crashes immediately. The game will not display.

I have the same problem. Even deleting ALL messages using Smartglass Beta did not help - Xbox App keeps crashing as soon as I go to the messages section. On Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

The first thing I would try doing is just uninstalling the whole game, and then reinstall it again. It should download the latest version automatically and hopefully it works fine after this.
