game keeps bugging

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues updating the graphics drivers of your graphics card. Is there any specific error message that you can share?

Instead of updating the drivers directly from the device manager, try to get the latest version from the manufacturer (Intel) and see if they have newer version of drivers.

Since it's not happening with other games, then it could just be a bug in the game that was introduced after the last update. If it keeps happening, then contact the developers of the game. They might have heard of the bug (if it is one), and might be able to fix it in a future update.

I'm glad of your initiative and sure to be that age and keep playing.
If it's a game bug try uninstalling and installing the game again, or look for some tutorial how to get past or get rid of this bug.

I'm seconding this bug. My two boys keep asking me to help with the game and half the time the result is we have to quit and reload from their last save due to this bug.

It's better to get all the quest packs (Traitor's Keep and Understone) before starting a game due to game breaking bugs.
