    Hello Sixstring,

    Is it possible you changed the filter and they aren't showing. With the new update it has changed my games and apps around a little. Personally , my console has factory reset itself also. I had to reinstall everything.

    Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

    Have you already tried
    power cycling the console    ? I've had games vanish in the past on me as well, but a simple hard reset/power cycle resolved the issue for me. If you're using an external. Unplug it from the console before you hard reset, and then plug it back in after.

    Another issue could be with any external hard drive / SSD / SD/ Micro SD. Always check any drives you have installed.
