might be an issuse with the game it self try uninstalling the game reset your xbox then reinstall the game see if that works

Try clearing the cache.
Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

reinstalling the game. Hopefully you find what you need on this thread, if not be sure to let us know!

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
