I have been unable to watch videos for extra coins for about a week & a half. It is the only way to get coins without paying for them, and that would be silly because your game never works properly and I would lose that money. I contacted customer support
on chat yesterday and their response was "what do you expect from a game you didn't pay for". Well, I expect a game offered to be able to be played. It is not an issue on my end, every other game I play (and pay for because they work or at least offer customer
support_ works fine, and I watch the ads they offer when I am asked to. The message I have been receiving for the past week or so: Your purchase cannot be completed at this moment; it has been canceled. Please try again later.

You should rename this game "Connection in Progress"

I think there's a server problem, related to xbox live service.
