Press the x button for 20 second in to shut off and then wait 30 second to turn on again that hard reset if it doesn't work reset your router

does the disc have any cracks around disc spindle if there are any cracks there going to inner ring disc will not read

Its a toubleshooting guide for this type of issue. Another possible problem could be with the console overheating. Feel the top of the console as your playing, a little warm is normal but if it feels really warm or even hot to the touch you may be having
overheating issues. A simple solution to this is to make sure that your console is in a well ventilated area. A "pro-tip" I can give you on that is to use 4 plastic soda bottle tops. Place 1 under each corner of your Xbox, this gets the console off the surface
it sits on and allows for better heat release and ventilation. I do this with all of my game consoles, just make sure that the Xbox is balanced and that the tops are all the same height (use 4 of the same kind of soda bottles like 4 bottles of Mountain Dew
for example). If the console has any imbalance to it, wobbling etc you could damage your disks.

What happened to your game was that it might have gotten scratched or had dust particals on it. As others have said check the back of the disc to see if there are any scratches or marks that go across the inner to outer rings. Just like other discs,
Xbox games can become damaged if they are handled improperly. I know when I got my first 360 game I always used to leave the disc in the console and when I would take it out, I always jamed it back into the case, rather then just placing it in. This ruined
the disc as there were so many scratches and it was impossible to clean. So what I learned, take good care of your games and console, try not to leave your disc in the console when you turn it off and always place your disc's gently in the case.

Another thing that you should check is your console's disc reader as it may be damaged if it can't read game discs. The best way to check to see if your disc reader is damaged is by inserting several games and seeing if the console reads and loads them.
If it loads all of them except one it probably is a game disc problem, however, if it is not reading any of them, then there is a good possibility that the disc reader is damaged. Damaged disc readers have to be repaired through Xbox customer support.

As for a way to fix your game, the classic way to clean discs is to use a cloth and clean from the inner circle to the outer ring. Other gamers that I know have used disc cleaning machines. It really is up to you.
