Game isn't working

My game isn't working. When I try to start it up, is asks if I own the game. I've been through regular support and they've sent me here. Guess they're too lazy. But anyways, I've been through all their troubleshooting steps and they said the preview team
could have more. I have the licens for the game but it's asking if I own it. I can't start it up at all. This has been going on for over a week now. I'd really like like to be able to play my $100 game.

Help! Game DVR isn't working!

My Game DVR app isn't working. I cant make Clips or Screenshots and also cant show my old Clips that I made. I tried to deinstall the app but I cant do it. When I click "start" there is no option to show details or deinstall the app. The only thing I can
do is attach it to my Homescreen. (Sorry for my bad English Im german.)

 

Conan isn't working

Xbox Live is down in " Purchase and Content Usage on Xbox One" so you need to wait to be fixed.

If you have tried every option as you mention then the last one is to ask the retailer for warranty and get a replace or refund cause you might have a broken media.

If your case is a digital media then maybe check if you are logged in to the same account you have bought the game.

 

Yes, I've been to that page. Nothing is working. Also, I'm not stupid, I paid for the game on my only account, there can't be another account that purchased the game. I've been through all that with the "Support Team" that doesn't provide much support. So
unless you can actually help me with my $100 game not working, don't waste my time.

Can no one at Microsoft read? My first message says I already talked the the Xbox Support team and they sent me here. Is everyone just lazy? Once my live subscription runs out I'll just take my 11 years of service to PlayStation. Thanks for nothing!!

 

You shouldn't give up just yet. Why not try to delete the profile and download again?.

Anyway Its your choice if you decide to leave but you will always be welcome when you come back.
