Game isn't in "Ready To Install" area

Discus and support Game isn't in "Ready To Install" area in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; this is the 4th day now, that I've been trying to get this issue resolved and I'm tired of it.     Game isn't in "Ready To Install" area


    this is the 4th day now, that I've been trying to get this issue resolved and I'm tired of it. But anyways, I am missing some games from my "Ready To Install" area from my xbox. But i have only have one main concern for one game. That game is called "Gears
    Of War Judgement" it is on my Xbox 360 Console but nowhere to be found on Xbox One. I did get this game from a Free Xbox Live Gold Game Month. But I don't think that effects anything. Besides that I have tried everything to get this game, i contacted support
    and they said all the power cycles, profile, settings, and they say they don't see the game anywhere on my Xbox history, when i can clearly see it on "My Games" on the Xbox 360. I do have proof of this as well. This better be resolved.

    "Ready to Install" issue

    Hey, Freshj15! We had seen a few issues of these yesterday. If you hold your power button on your console for 10 seconds and then check your ready to install list again, do your games show up in your My Games & Apps after that? Let us know! Game isn't in "Ready To Install" area :)

    Hi, it could be that you used a different account to download Gears Of War Judgement. If that is the case, then that will be why it doesn't show on the Xbox One ready to install section. If you do have another account, then check the download history on
    that one, you may have used it to download that game.

    Moving licence from xbox 360 to one

    There isn't a way to move the licenses between the two consoles. The licenses are still tied to your account so any games that are backwards compatible will automatically show in your Ready to Install area. There's nothing else you need to do.

    No, it doesn't track when a game was uninstalled from the console.

    You can always re-install from the "Ready to Install" area in My Games & Apps.
