Game isnt compatible

I logged into my account this morning, both apex legends and halo infinite have a circle with a line through it on the game app. Every time i try to open it, it says it isnt compatible. Ive previously updated it on a series x, when switching rooms to a different console, but thats never given me problems in the past. Now all if a sudden, i cant launch games that have been optimized for new gen consoles. How do i fix this?

You have ro move optimized games off the old hdd that you are using to transport and onto the internal memory or simply use the Xbox storage card to move between console

External hdds can't run the game they ain't fast enough

You are talking about gbps vs mbpsin performance

If you are talking about Xbox one ya it used 500mbps external hdd Np

But next gen consoles require 4.8gbps

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :
Just to confirm, the games are installed in the ínternal storage. Right?
If yes, and if you have any external storage, can you try moving a game to the external storage then move it to the internal and try opening the game one more time?
Are you receiving an specific error code or not at all? (Example: 0x000000)
Or, what else did you tried to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
