    I can’t make purchases on xbox360 console, I can make purchase on my computer for xbox 360 games, but I can’t play them cause I can’t sign in to xbox profiles or gametags

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly set your account as Home Xbox in that way you can share your game to your friends Xbox console. To do so, follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to your account.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".

    Just as a friendly reminder, these forums are for Xbox and Windows issues in general.

    But from my experience purchasing digital content online, sometimes a purchase can take up to 48 hours to be fully reflected on your account.
    I can advise you:
    On your Play Station sign out and sign in again with the account that owns the game and see if you're able to install it finally

    Also check the order history to see if the transaction appears there too.

    If the issue persists will be great wait up to 48 hours after purchase date. Or if you want to speed up the process contact PSN support for further assistance

    Sorry if the steps are not too detailed, I think you already know which system I probably use often
