Game is playable but not listed under external hard drive

I bought Battlefield 1 and downloaded it to my external hard drive and can play it no problem. I took my hard drive to a friends to play and it will not show up under external hdd yet all my other games do. When I got home it no longer was list under external
hdd but I can launch the game from my home screen under my pins.

Flash drive videos showing up in Video Player but not in Storage

I have some .wmv files that I would like to move from a flash drive to my Xbox's hard drive. The videos are playable in Video Player, but when I view the contents of my flash drive in the Storage menu, under videos nothing is listed. How do I make it so
the videos on my flash drive are listened under Storage so I can transfer the content?

All my games are gone

After the recent update, all my games have disappeared from my external hard drive. In system setting storage, it list the external hard drive and says 242.3 GB of 2.8tb free. But under my games and apps it shows no games on the external hard drive only
the games on the internal hard drive.

It's now showing up on my Xbox One brought my sisters Xbox down stairs and tried and it will not show up under her xbox

I first would check if all of the game files are installed to your external HDD.

I don't own BF1 (...yet), but there could be DLC or other content sitting on your Xbox's internal HDD. When you bring your external HDD to other people's Xboxes, the game may not be visible because the entire installation could be incomplete due to missing
stuff that's still on your Xbox's internal HDD. It's just a hunch, but give it a look while you're on your own Xbox.

Please note that digitally purchased games are only playable by the account that purchased it. The license is not "portable" like a physical disc, so you can't exactly carry it back and forth on an external HDD to play on other peoples' Xboxes unless if
you import your own Xbox profile on their Xbox.

Yes all your games will be playable from your external hard drive but you will have to download them to the XSX SSD to play them

Does the device have all the requirements? Devices that do not meet the requirements can only be used as a media drive (images, video, music)
