Game is not working anymore

As stated, as long as you're signed into the profile that purchased the games, you'll be able to download them. If you were playing games that you got through Games with Gold, you won't be able to play them without an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

You're gonna want to be on the account that had purchased the game. If you made a new account and don't have the login for the other one, then you simply can't get those games back and it would also sound like they are way out of their refund timeframe.

You may need gold for some titles as some titles are online only, its often times that those games that are really multiplayer heavy are.

If you can't figure it out or don't have access to anything and you have gold/are on the right account contact customer support, they're the professionals.

As long as you're signed into the same account you used on the One, anything you purchased will show as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps and you would redownload them there.

I've been having this problem since the last update, it's not a huge issue but it would be nice if microsoft announced something about it
