"Game is not currently available in your account 0x803F8001"

I have xbox gamepass on my pc, and whenever i try to run a game it gives me that error message i have done everything, i reset the store, i repaired it all, i tried powershell comands nothing has worked.

The game that I bought was gang beasts and the free app that I installed earlier that day was the Minecraft launcher, I haven't bought or installed any other games recently so I am unsure if this issue will apply to all apps and games I install or just these ones, I attempted to install three other free apps that were unrelated to each other and all three of them couldn't install and it said there were issues at their end

I just attempted to install another free game off of the Microsoft store and I have encountered the same problem as the three apps, it simply says there has been an error and gives me the option to retry but whenever I do I encounter the same problem

"Game is not currently available in your account 0x803F8001"
