Game is not connected to my account

I am logged in to one account but this account is not connected with xbox. If i want to connect these acounts, Epic Games write me that my xbox account is connected with another epic games account but i don´t know, with which account. My question is .. How can i found out which epic games account i am connected to?

The thing is, I want to know what Epic Games account my Xbox account is connected to. Is it possible to check this? I tried looking on the Xbox account connections page and it said that my Xbox account is connected to an Epic Games account, but it did not give me any information on the account.

i need the answers how, who ?

Upon reading the description you have posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein you are puzzled as to why your Xbox network account has been already linked to a different Apex Connect account. Even though in your Xbox privacy settings there is no other accounts that is currently linked on it.



We understand that you are quite frustrated about the current situation that you are in right now. However, we encourage you to keep on contacting the game support website from Apex. Considering that this is already an external process which should be only managed by the games server side.

If you may have an Apex account that you have deleted long ago. Which was linked to your Xbox network account, you should seek advise of the game support website on how to unlink the deleted account from your Xbox network account. In order for you to link the current Apex account that you use to your Xbox network account.

For now, we would like to know if you had already submitted a support ticket on the game support website from this link: Submit a request – The Angler (cotwtheangler.com)? Or have you also tried the steps on how you can unlink your account from the EA support website : Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account?

It Took Longer Than 24 Hours, But They Finally Contacted Me Back. N I Was Able To Sort It Out. I Am Connected To The Correct Account Now N Can Do Multiplayer.

It Still Is Weird That It Didn't Show Any Linked Connections For It On My Account, But Whatever. It's Fixed.
