    So today i got my Xbox Game pass for pc, and on the games list i saw there is Skyrim, but, in my xbox app there is no skyrim when i search it, nor in microsoft store, however when i click on the skyrim in the games list it takes me to microsoft store, i click install there it takes me to microsoft store app and says The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is currently not available, please help and sorry for bad english.

    Also one more question, i wanted to download regular Halo 3 but it started downloading 133 GB im pretty sure Halo 3 is like 10 GB, maybe its downloading whole MCC but i dont want that, can that be fixed please

    So, there's an outage going on, on the gamepass services, it might be some instability, because Skyrim is available on gamepass PC, console and cloud. :/

    Try to wait for a while before installing again.

    And about Halo, I believe you're installing the MCC indeed.

    It just means it's not available for purchase currently. Doesn't look like they have a specific release date for it yet so it wouldn't be available for preorder yet.
