Game is completely refusing to download

I’ve been having an multiple issues with my Xbox one s as of recently but one I just cannot stand is the fact that my installations simply do not want to download, at first it appears in the installation page with no name, and a white out image of the Xbox logo for a solid 5 minutes. after that increasingly annoying wait the image and name of the installation will pop up but the only issue is that it doesn’t install even after all this. The #% out of #% text that usually on the top of the bar doesn’t appear, and with that the app doesn’t install. I have scowered the internet for weeks and none of the supposed fixes seem to work. I have had this issue for weeks now and nothing has seemed to work. I cannot install anything whatsoever until this issue is fixed so I would love to get some help with this issue.

The order is still pending. The purchase went through but the game is refusing to show up or download. Thank you for trying to help but this issue is refusing to be fixed
