    my Xbox 360 came with a family passcode and help question so we're not able to play this and many other games, we watched many videos but none of them seem to help, does anyone know what might help.?

    to be able to reset a family passcode and question, you will need to contact Xbox Support.

    They with your help will be able to reset the family passcode on the console.

    Hi everyone, i need help resetting ny xbox to factory settings because of a family passcode. I recently bought a Xbox 360 and the console came with a family pass code and it won't let me play specific games . I tried resetting but it wont work. Please help

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.
