Game Invites/Party unable to join, no notifications

Ok, up until recently I haven't had no problem receiving invites to games or parties at all. Suddenly, for the past two days my account has experienced just that. I was actually able to send my own invites up until I wrote this post and that changed. Attempted
fixes thus far: checked NAT, status OPEN (according to network status page); hard 10 second reboot unsuccessful, attempted removing profile--removed profile successfully and redownloaded the profile and problem still persists; checked notification settings,
all settings for Xbox are labeled as on (even tried turning them off then back on). So I'm out of ideas and any extra help would be great. The only thing I can think of is maybe the Xbox is giving a false open NAT...so any ideas?? Thanks

cannot join party or game invites

i have just logged on to xbox and im unable to join live party "unable to connect as party no longer active" but it is. "unable join join as session no longer available, or may be problem with network"

tried all simple troubleshooting but still not working. have tried to send invites and people get same messages when they accepy my invites....whats going on?

 

XBOX App for IPhone - Issues connecting to Party Chat

Hey Everyone,

I first want to say I really think the Xbox APP is amazing allowing you to communicate in parties directly from your smartphone. I've been using the App to communicate in-game because my cat decided to chew through my Astro headset wires. While I await for
my replacement wires to arrive, i've noticed that I'm unable to join certain parties, especially from the "Looking for Group" feature.

I am unable to send party requests, or join party requests from others. I have no issues sending a party invite when I'm not the host. I've received a notification when trying to join a party invite from someone stating that I'm "unable to join party."
This sucks because it seems I cant play with anyone who is not on my friends list.

I'm not sure if this a bug or not, but I figured i'd bring it up.

 

Hey Noodle!

After you power cycle your Xbox One (that 10 second hard reset), do notifications work again for a bit? If so, you may want to get in the habit of power cycling every so often. If not, are you able to try your console on a completely different network to
see if you get notifications then? That'll help us determine where the issue may lie.

Another option you can try is to
factory reset your console while keeping your games and apps.
