    Played Forza Motorsport 6 for about 15 minutes then challenged during offline race

    Do you own this game ...?

    Going to XBox store falis as 'Conent is not available 0x876c0001

    I Own the Game (download not disc)

    I am logged in.

    Internet is working fine

    I am a Gold Live member.

    Is this an update issue?

    Why does it take so long for games to install?

    If you opt to get any updates, then it will take longer as these are often required to start the game and take longer to get as you need to download them. If you choose not to get the update, then you can often start the game after the five or so minutes until it's "ready to play" off the disc installation.

    Typically I cancel the update, wait five minutes, play the game when it's ready while the disc installation continues in the background. Then when I'm done having my first enjoyments, I will close the game and start it again to get the prompt for the update to accept it. Then it can download while I'm not playing or wanting to play until the next day or whatever.

    Same here. The first time I couldn't play Daily challenges I updated the April 2018 windows 10. It worked for a few days than another update that automatically updated on my computer made my game stop again. But after the April update it didn't play right.
    It kept loading while playing the game. This sucks

    Hi Zac,

    I remember having such a conflict too with an interrupted update.

    Try to clear the console cash with a hard reset.

    If that doesn't help, try a light factory reset (you can keep the games) or you put in the MA2 disc again and let the system update the game.

    UPDATE on this problem! The good news: it's not your Xbox One. The bad news: it was the game update. After numerous crashes, I removed the Skyrim Sp Ed disc and inserted Fallout 4 disc. Played for hours, no freezes, no problems. Inserted Skyrim Sp Ed
    disc, started a new game, have played for hours, am now at level 9 with no freezes, no problems. Apparently, the new update has a problem with our saves from before the update. It's bad news if you're weeks and weeks into the game!

    Disc spins when playing installed game from memory

    I know that the disc spins to verify that you actually own a physical copy of the game, but after that it would stop spinning the disc completely and only play the game from memory. With this new console update, the disc continues to spin for about 2 minutes
    into a game while it's still playing the game from memory, 2 minutes into the game the disc stops spinning, before the update it would spin for maybe 3 seconds then stop.

    ....

    It's not a big deal, I initially thought that it would never stop spinning because of this new update. Thanks for your answers guys, the question is answered but I'd still like Microsoft to change the disc spinning back to the way it was so it only spins
    to do the initial disc check.
