Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY Like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Thanks for coming to our forums with your question. You're having trouble installing StarWars Battlefront 2 is that correct? Are we talking about the recent title or the Xbox Original Version of the game? Is this installation on an Xbox One? Are you installing
the game as a digital download or from a disc? If so take a look at his support article:

The option to delete local saved games will erase any potentially corrupt game data that could be on the hard drive. It's a form of troubleshooting in case the issue is being caused by a corrupt file. Data will not be permanently deleted as all game data
is updated and saved to the
Xbox Live Cloud storage that is available to all accounts as long as there is a stable connection to the Xbox Live Servers.

Try out all of the steps that are listed on the guides that were posted previously and let us know the results!
