Game installed in my xbox one, that I never bought or installed

I had to leave the country I have my xbox one in, for over two month. When I now started it for the first time is a game pre-orderd, that even not is availible until september 2017, and not only orderd its also installed. I have not orderd it or installed
it.

And even if that was done in a mystericly way by misstake by me when online, I could not also installed the game remotly to the xbox that not have been on or hade any lan cable attached. AND I have not been online looking for games I dont play while sitting
in a flat on the other side of the globe..

What can I do now?

PS The game is "Destiny 2" and I never even played Destiny 1 or whatever it is called....

Games I never bought are installed on my Xbox One HDD.

Was the console purchased brand new or was it used? It sounds like someone may have used the console before you and did not remove all the contents. Their downloads would show on the console, but if they've set a different console as their Home console,
you will not have access to the games unless you purchase them.

Games I never bought are installed on my Xbox One HDD.

So, forgive me if this is the result of some well-known XBL perk, but I'm at a loss.

Three games I've never played nor purchased, whether on my own console or someone else's, have been installed onto my hard drive. However, I can not play them; if I select "play", it will just redirect me to the store and attempt to make me purchase it.
The games in question are Assassin's Creed Unity, Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Minecraft.

The two AC games are particularly large, and I'd like to uninstall them since I can't play them. But I don't even know how they got there in the first place. Nobody gets on my Xbox but me. Any suggestions? Is there a way I can play these, or are they simply
dead weight installed by accident?

You may want to double check Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure your account has not made the purchase. If it does show a purchase, you'd want to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access
investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support If you can't tell if the purchase was made, you may want to contact them too just to verify.

Otherwise, that's usually a sign that someone else has your console set as their Home console so you would be downloading items they purchase. If that's the case then you could just delete it if you want.

Just got an xbox one yesterday and bought nba, I go to install, and it keeps saying "Installation stopped" at 21%.

I have now tried 7 times and it never gets passed 21%.

I also for some reason have titanfall 2 in my ready to install when i never bought the game

I bought a PS4 before buying the Xbox One. I was used to being able to play games almost immediately. That's one of the few things I like about the PS4. But as far as games taking an hour to install, that has never happened to me. Longest I've had to wait
for a disc based game to install was 20 minutes and that was because of a patch.

I think the reason some experience long install times sometimes is because of patches. If a game has a patch available when you're first installing it, that patch needs to be downloaded and installed prior to being able to play the game. For the Xbox, it
won't say that it's downloading and installing a patch, it will just saying Installing. A workaround that others have mentioned is disconnecting your console from the Internet and letting the game install, and THEN connect to the Internet and download the
patch while you play the game.

While it's never taken over 20 minutes to install game + patches, it's one of my biggest gripes about the Xbox One and I hope they address it in the future. That and the ability to download multiple files at once, which I am able to do on the PS4.

So yes, both consoles have advantages and disadvantages, and this is definitely a huge disadvantage.
