Game installations/updates constantly freezing on xbox one

Sorry to hear you're having problems getting your Xbox to run smoothly.

I would say that if you have already tried the steps previously posted it might be in your best interest to do a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted reset and keep my games and apps.

my fortnite wont install i updated it this morning it said installatikn stopped i kept resuming it and nothing happend i re installed it 2 times and its doing the same thing ive reset my xbox and still nothing my
internet is fine idk what is going on please help
