Game Installations All Paused (despite usual troubleshooting methods)...any tips please?

I don't see Costume when I pause the game. The DLC was installed. Any fix? Please.

Have you tired any of the troubleshooting tips listed here? One of them mentions taking your console offline if you're installing a disc game.

i also had this problem but going to your install queue there is a pause all option and a cancel all option, try hitting the pause all option, then resume all option repeatedly, it might take a few retries but it finally worked for me, without having to
cancel the entire progress. so good luck and i hope this method works out for you.

Hi, so sorry for the late reply and thanks for the help, unfortunately despite trying all the troubleshooting tips from the first post the problem continues. I tried starting the game from the xbox app, microsoft store and start menu and the xbox companion
app says the connection is all good.
