Game installation stopped at 33% why?

Let's try to install the game digitally. Please follow the steps below accordingly:

1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it.

If that didn't worked, please follow the steps below from Xbox Support:

"Take your console offline, cancel the download, and then power cycle the console. After you successfully install the game, go online and let the update download.

Step 1: Use your console offline

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

3. Select Go offline.

Step 2: Cancel the download

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

2. Select Manage > Queue.

3. Highlight the game you’re trying to install and press the Menu button on the controller.

4. Select Cancel.

Step 3: Eject the game disc and power cycle the console

1. Eject the game disc.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button to open the Power Center.

3. Select Restart console.

4. Select Restart.

Step 4: Install the game

After the console restarts, insert the disc. Follow the steps to install the game.

Step 5: Go online and let the game update install

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

3. Select Go online."

It’s a disc I’ve cleaned it, there’s no marks it’s pretty much brand new. I have no idea what’s happening

If I may ask, is this a disc game or a digital game?

33% install base on peripheral was not enough? Why do peripherals exist then? Sony atleast made game that used their peripherals. MS obviously has more then enough money to throw at kinect games,yet they are not doing it. WHY?!
