what game are you playing with the wheel? verify that your games has compatibility with this wheel. maybe the Audio is failling by that.

Thank you both for the help. I already cleared the system cache! That did not solve anything. I'll try your metod Hassassinade, but how can you explain this: If my HDD is failling how can I install every other game and can run it from my HDD expect MP3?
Wouln't I be able to not install or play other games if it was a HDD problem?

Xbox support can only tell you if the code is active or used, they can't give times when it was redeemed unfortunately.

I would suggest contacting the place where you bought the code about a refund if it's not on your account.

It would be wise to only buy codes from official sources like stores with the prepaid cards and websites like xbox and amazon (sold by amazon, not marketplace), not 3rd party websites.
