    Game Installation Help


    So I had installed Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on my computer and I want to install it on my laptop that I am using now. However, it will not allow me to download it, I have tried different accounts I could have redeemed my code I got for owning Minecraft
    before the windows 10 edition came out. Essentially, I can't download/install the full game even though I have redeemed the code for it.

    If there wasn't enough free space, it wouldn't allow the installation to even begin. Usable space is not the issue.

    Hi, I would recommend checking the amount of available storage on the hard drive to see if that may be the issue

    Help with installed game?

    try clearing the cache. Go to settings, storage, hdd, press y button, and select clear cache then restart console. after the console restarts try playing the game again.

    I have a similar problem when I try to download a game, when I reach the 70/80 % the download Stop, and when I go to My Games list the game isn't there...I'll try to clean the cache so I'll try to solve the problem with this.
