    Game installation has stopped


    Hi, My name is Soleil Torres-Rolon, I've been having issues today with installing a game I just bought today, its brand new so it shouldn't have any problems. My installation of the games loads midway and then it stops installing. I've been trying to solve
    this issue all day. I am not the only xbox one player having this problem. I need support on this, you guys should do your part solving this matter.

    Tales From Borderlands - CANNOT INSTALL PROBLEMS!!

    Just getting the Installation has stopped when trying ti download this game!? I have paid for this and it will either say Queued Or Installation has Stopped!? Help... whats going on?

    Halo 3: ODST to release 29/05/2015

    for anyone that has got the installation stopped problem you have to update the main game(2.4GB) once that has completed it should allow you to complete the ODST installation, also in game you find ODST's campaign inside the halo 3 tab.

    Try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Retry after that.

    Hi. The game doesnt want to install from disc it stops at 41% and then the console keeps on giving me notifications that the installation has stopped and doesnt want to continue.

    Hello Headshot,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issue with a game you installed. If the game didn't install properly, or stopped for a time it would uninstall itself. This has been in effect for a while. Same as if you stop an installation, or pause
    it. After a while it will uninstall to protect from corruption. All you need to do is install again. Make sure you do not pause or stop it.
