Game install problems

Just trying to reinstall WWE 2K18 on Xbox One, the disc has been cleaned several times, and still will NOT install on the Xbox One S at my Parents' yet it works on my standard Xbox One at home.

There are no error messages or anything, apart from when I put the disc in it startss to try and install and then straight away says "installation stopped", is the disc now unreadable? It's been in the box since beginning of last week.

Game installs/ Texture problems.

Haven't played anything multiplayer while installing just stating it doesn't load in either stage of a game single player or multiplayer...

Games that I have played single player in WHILE INSTALLING have only been dead rising 3, thief and black flag it's just horrible at times there needs to be a patch to fix it or something because it prevents my games from loading at times and also

ive already did a cold restart hard reset everything you can name so far nothing works...

Game installs/ Texture problems.

This is a strange occurrence, especially since Titanfall you have to install the entire game before playing (no playing while installing).

Please try doing a hard reset of the system (hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until you here a click, wait until the power brick turns amber, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and start it up). What game allows you to play multiplayer
while installing (Dead Rising?)?

Try to install another disc game in your Xbox one s just to check the disc driver

Apparently I can't edit my comment? But found this tip by Omnicide NZ at the bottom of this thread

forums.xbox.com/.../2155359.aspx which fixed the problem for me and let me download the game:

"Okay guys my game works now what you have to do is uninstall the game and change your power settings to energy saving after that shutdown your xbox like full shutdown and leave it for a couple mins then launch it back up and go to the market place store
page and press install from there not inside you games tab"

I have xbox one. With the game ye resolt but the downloading no is very slow. and have many bugs the xbox store. I try a game and it's work better with the fps only after the last 3 gb xbox update i stay don't know what about the other games by the way
the xbox stuff have to focus on the xbox one fps and the download speed

Delete game from hard drive. Fully reset console. Install desired game. Works for me. I had that proble. With NHL 2016.

Can you give some more information? What happens when you try to install it? Is this on the Xbox 360 or Xbox One?
