    game install is stuck on pause?


    Hi had my xbox one since day one and tried to download the dlc pack for ghost and it's been stuck on paused for 4 hours now. When I try to cancel nothing resume nothing. Tried to restart xbox one nothing. Any help or suggestion

    Game Install stuck on 0%

    i've same problem with ryse , install offline & a new problem , offline install stuck in 97% and after 10 min installation stop & when try reconnect and try downloading update the persent going on 90% and begin download update and after 2hour stuck in 93%
    and then again stop installation , any one have this problem?

    i know of a quick fix for you.. reset your console factoy setting in settings ,disable internet, then after you set up xbox one install the game dont patch as i think there is a problem that needs an update at a later date.

    When you restart the console are you holding the power button on the console for a full five seconds to cause it to hard boot?

    Same...I am currently trying to download NHL 15 but its stuck on pause. If i click resume instillation it will do nothing and if i try uninstall it does nothing either. I tried signing out but it isn't working...please help if someone can

    Reboot it by holding your finger on the power button for 5 seconds. Once shut off power it back up and your problem is fixed.

    How long has it been stuck? I'm just about to install this now for the first time, and I expect an update that will probably pause the install at around that mark for a while.

    Installation problems. I got prompted to install update. I accepted. It was stuck at 99% for a really long time. I paused the install and then canceled the install. I turned off the XBOX and retried the install. This time I got a warning that the install
    was 6gb. I accepted. It has be STUCK at "0% Install" for over an hour. Not sure what to do at this point.
