Game install hangs at 0%

Hi guys having an issue at the moment with my xbox one where I am installing a game and the game installed fine but now I have gone to update it to play and the update just stays at 0%

It has worked perfectly until now, I have done a full factory reset and the issue is still there, my PS4, PC and Wii U all update and connect perfectly. Has anyone had this issue before and is there a fix?

I have the same issue. I can only install games if I'm offline. But when I try to play, They need to the update and the update hangs at 96% every time. My NAT is "open".

Apps install and run fine.

I should also mention that I cannot install game discs unless I leave the net unplugged. Trying to install while connected causes the "stuck at 0%" issue others have had.

 

Game installs remain at 0%

The reason the percentage hangs at 0 is because there is a game update that is taking place BEFORE the install takes place. You get no notification of the game update or progress bar and it will just sit at 0% with nothing on the download queue. You just
need to wait it out and once the game update is complete the install percentage will begin. When you go offline and install, there is no update because there is no connection, but as soon as you connect online again it will pull the game update. Hopefully
there will be an update so this progress can be monitored.
