    My game will sync fast get to 99 or 58 or another random number then just start over and if I press stop syncing it just starts again before I can confirm I’ve reset the console I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game why won’t it sync

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly uninstall and reinstall the game to fix the issue.

    If that didn't work, resetting the console keep the games and apps will be the last resort. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with your game not syncing.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please test network connection by going to Xbox Settings > Network > Network Settings > Test network connection to make sure that your internet is stable.

    And then perform a hard reset on the Xbox by holding the power button for about 8 seconds until the console shuts down. Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes, then restart. Kindly restart your modem/router as well to refresh the network connection.

    Next is to reset alternate MAC address . To do this, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear, then restart your console.

    If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, please connect to your network using an Ethernet cable to have a more stable internet connection. Once done, kindly start the syncing of your game again.

    today i bought the ultimate game pass then i went to download gears 5 i downloaded and started it but it was syncing data and it was 0% and when i clicked cancel and not sync the game would load infinitely
