Game in storage

Windows version 6.3 build 9600. Random instances of game found in storage and I have to choose between local or cloud storage. This happens right after the spinning tile while loading a game. Once it happens it will happen once on each of the different
levels - Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert. Annoying . . .

Game Save storage

Get the following message after new install of Resident Evil 7. Your Xbox is out of space for saved data. To make room, select a game or app in your games and apps collection, press the menu button on your controller and choose Manage. (0x80830003).

This is odd because I have an external HD with over 1.5 terabyte of free space and the internal HD has over 300 GB of free space.

I did try moving the game from Ext to internal and back again but still same problem.

 

If you don't mind me asking, why aren't you saving your games on the cloud?

 

I am not saving any games either locally or on the cloud.

 

OH are you referring to when you're playing on your Windows Phone version? So what is happening is that your games are automatically saved "in the cloud" to your Xbox account. The game also automatically will save local versions to your phone in the event
that the Xbox network cannot be reached. Just choose the option with the most recent date. This feature is simply here so you can sync across devices and don't have to worry about losing your game if for some reason you lose mobile connectivity and cannot
connect to the Xbox network.

 

I would think this is a great feature if I had a Windows Phone. When I start a game I finish it and have not saved any.

 

Is it showing that you're logged in to Xbox at the top? If it isn't, that's why your games aren't saving. You need to log in to Xbox with your Microsoft account so your games can save in the cloud automatically.
