Game Icons/Pictures are greyed out.

I have an X Box One S and all the game icons/pictures are greyed out in the Microsoft store until you select and click on an indiviual game.

This is a real pain to see what the games are for buying.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for the advice.

I tried everything as you suggested including a factory reset of my router and did a complete reboot and disappointingly all the icons are still greyed out.

This does make it almost impossible to browse for new content.

Anything else I can try?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your icons to come up appropriately. I can totally understand how this could make it hard to browse for new content. If the previously posted troubleshooting steps did not help, you
might want to try going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. But if that doesn't work, try
resetting your router after having the console unplugged for about 2 minutes.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Tried the hard reset exactly as suggested and it didn't work.

This is a brand new Xbox One S Digital and when you browse the games the pictures are all greyed out with just the names of the games. If you select a game the picture and description and option to buy etc appear.

This is really frustrating as you have to click on every game to see if it's one you'd be interested in buying.
