    Game Icons Missing.


    Just got an Xbox One X and after connecting my External Drive from my One S Some of my Game Icons on the dashboard are Blank or Black. Any ideas why or how to solve?

    Missing game icon

    Purchased game through Steam. Selected 'Create desktop shortcut' and I get a Windows default "World' icon. Shortcut properties (the normal URL where you get 'steam://rungameid/xxxxxx' is missing and double-clicking on the shortcut goes nowhere. This is the
    first time that I've ever encountered a created desktop shorcut from Steam that has done this. Does anyone know of a remedy?

    Just had an update to my Xbox. Icons are now back.
    Hi Sliverin, I'm having the same issue as you, how did you manage to fix it? I don't have any pending update.

    You should be able to change the postal code when you set it up initially, so you will have to reset up the OneGuide.

    Missing channel icons

    How do I change postcode. At the moment , the setup is free to air tv using xbox one usb tuner, region is Brisbane, QLD, Australia. The channel data and info is correct, the only problem is it lists all the channels by number, 1,2,3,4,5 and I don't know
    what channel is what without selecting. Hence the reliance on the channel icons. This only happened after last update about a week and 1/2 ago.
