    achievements no if that's what you mean. you can delete them from your storage

    You can't completely delete a game from the xbox, you can uninstall and then from the ready to install tab you can hide them.

    You can Uninstall some Game with you don't have Licence to play any more like the games with you played in Game Pass and now the Game come out from Games List
