Game icon changes?

I recently removed my profile from my Xbox 360 to refresh it, and when I came back some of the icons for my games were different. I did some research and found out that if you delete and re download your profile some icons change. Is there any way to get
the old icons back?

Sometimes they change.

If you still have the old icons delete and re download your profile only.

Sometimes it also helps to unlock another achievement for that game.

Nope, these icons have been updated and by deleting and re-downloading you have the most up to date icons and the old ones no longer exist on our servers so I'm really sorry but you can't get the old ones back.

 

No, these icons arnt updated versions of the icons, they are the icons you get as if you had the demo, but i dont. I'm positive they arnt the current icons

 

mcat115 is right - the standard XBOX LIVE icon replaced the original game icon, and for many games in my case. It's annoying, because to locate a game all the game names have to be read instead of simply locating the picture.

Is there a fix?

 

Im glad I found out Im nit the only person this happened to. This is just plain stupid. Without the actual "game-art" on the game icons everything looks horrible & locating a soecific game really is a pain.
