Game i had no longer in library?

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the order transaction for the game. You should see the order stated as "completed".

If it's not showing from there kindly check other Microsoft accounts where you may have purchased the game.

The game has been delisted. If you had it through game pass it's no longer accessible. If you purchased it you can find it in your full library.

If you had purchased it digitally, you’ll find it in your game library, otherwise you’ll need to find a desk because it has been delisted and is no longer in distribution

I heard very loud about not being able to get this tekken, I did not get this gold because I had already won this game and an E3 when they announced Tekken7, see in your library if the game is no longer there.
