Game i dont own appeared on my hard drive

Hi all i have a weird problem and keep in mind i am the only one who uses this xbox and gamertag and i have never let anyone else use it.

So yesterday i turned on my xbox as normal and to my surprise it popped up saying "the witcher 3 wild hunt is ready to start" which is totally weird as i have not brought it, i did own the game (retail copy) when it came out but only played it for a couple
of hours and never played it again and that was ages ago, no money has gone missing and on my purchase history there is nothing saying i have brought it which some people would say great a free game but even tho i have not lost money i am worried about my
account security.

i have not attempted to start the game and i deleted the game and it now sits in my ready to download section.

what should i do or what could be the reason for this? has anyone else had anything like this?

Who traded their original Xbox One for the COD AW model?

I would for the 1tb hard drive but frankly I dont like the appearance of the xbox cod version....

 

I cant play my downloaded Grand Theft Auto San Andreas

I have recently brought Grand Theft Auto San Andreas for 1200MSP and after waiting for it to download a pop-up appeared saying i need a hard drive but i really dont want to spend 60 - 70 pounds buying one because even if i did buy a hard drive i could've
just used my disc addition i only downloaded it of the market because then i thought i could play it without a hard drive. Any help? is there a way i can have a refund, since on the description it didn't say you needed a hard drive (at least what i saw).

 

If you bought it on your 360, and it is now backwards compatible it is free for you to download and play on your Xbox One. Enjoy it or don't is up to you, but you won't get in in trouble and you shouldn't worry about your account.

 

Hi, i have lots of BC titles and am very familiar with the system, i have never owned the game on the 360 so thats not whats going on thanks for the reply tho

 

Do you have a friends account on your Xbox or maybe a friend made your Xbox their home Xbox, that will often show games that you didn't purchase but your friend did.

I have my sons account on my Xbox and despite the Xbox being set as my home Xbox when he purchases anything on his Xbox One it shows up on my Xbox as ready to install.
