Game Hub Stats and Achievements Are Not Unlocking!

Hello all,

Reaching out to the community to see if this has happened to anyone else. This might be a lengthy post as I want to give as much detail as possible to the problem. This started back as far as March from what
I can determine to the best of my abilities. This is also when I started using my Xbox One X, but I do not think this could be the issue as Game Hub and Achievements seem to be an account issue not an Xbox issue.

Starting in March until now I was solely a PUBG player, which did not have achievements until September of this year. When they released the patch for achievements, I was retroactively given 9 achievements
as they were tied to Game Hub Stats from the preview version of the game. This was when I first looked at my Game Hub stats for this game and they were way off, seemed to be pretty early stats from before March. Basically, I was given these achievements from
my stats before March and nothing has updated since. I kept playing PUBG in hopes of getting the rest of the achievements and none of them have since unlocked and my game hub stats have not updated. It still shows that I have 34 wins total, but if it were
to update accurately I should have well over 200. Kills, headshots, matches played, you name it, it does not update.

I really enjoy playing PUBG so I kept playing it until last week I was curious to narrow down the issue. Was it PUBG? Was it all games? I switched over to Halo: MCC. There is an achievement for completing Tsavo
Highway, which I did about 5 times and the achievement did not unlock and my Missions Completed stat in Game Hub never went up. There is also another achievement for naming a game file ".fortune," which I tried and no achievement unlocked and my stat for game
variants did not go up. So now I'm a little annoyed.

I start talking with Xbox support about my issues and I get the run around on chat for about 3 hours with these issues. I reset my Xbox to factory settings twice and updated it via live. My console was up-to-date
just to make sure, I even did an offline update with the technician to make sure I was getting the proper patch. Throughout the chat session I probably completed Tsavo Highway another 5 times just to check. My Xbox also had intermittent audio issues and I
troubleshot it down to the HDMI jack, so I returned my Xbox and he assured me that my Game Hub/Achievements issue will be resolved as well when I got my Xbox back. Doesn't make sense right?

Today, I was curious to troubleshoot the achievements/game hub stats even more. I have Windows 10 with the Xbox App running and I downloaded a play anywhere title "A Walk in the Dark." This has achievements
that you can unlock and a game hub stat page that should update after doing some things. These achievements are relatively very easy to unlock so I started going through the game and low and behold nothing has unlocked and my game hub stats have not updated.
I contact support again and I get "disconnected" about 3 times. I even get to reach Kevin P. "Specialist" as they refer to him and he said there is nothing they can do from his side.

Has this happened to anyone else?
