    Game history lost on Xbox One


    Had problems accessing BBC iPlayer and Forza 6 Dashboard - deleted the iPlayer app and downloaded again and all fine and deleted the Forza app and again download and it was fine. Then went to access Forza 6 and all game history had gone and was starting
    from the beginning. The same has happened on all games I have downloaded and from disc there is no game history.

    I have the new dashboard experience on the Xbox one - contacted support who advise and completed a few tasks delete and reinstalled gamertag then Error came up and they advise to post on here? How do you delete the new dashboard and leave the preview programme?

    I don't know how, I'm trying to find a solution with you.

    Max was a fairly easy completion right? Try that first. Hopefully your game save stored on the system or in the cloud will make it 'remember' you completed the game and give you the full 1000G back. If it does that, you will be okay to start the others and
    the achievements should come rushing back.

    The problem is that not even Xbox.com is saying you have these achievements, which is not great news. If it were just the console saying you didn't have them, the easy fix is to remove the account from the console and then sign in again. (Btw, did you try
    removing your account? I see now you only said you power cycled. Go into Settings and remove it completely and then sign back in.)

    did you sign in with a different epic account, as all skins and ingame progress is held on the epic account not the xbox live account.

    Why isn't spyro: A new beginning & Dawn of the dragon BC on xbox one yet?

    Tha's sad, just think of all the games that will be lost in gaming history with no way to play them years from now.

    I'm happy that there is a mod hacking group on the internet that puts games up on the net for free downloads so games won't be lost in time, also thank the mods for awesome emulators.

    I hope the xbox team asks Krome tudios if it is ok to make those spyro games bc on xbox one or Activision

    They're all still there on Xbox.com, which is great news.

    Go ahead and log out of your account on your One and log back in. Hopefully that should reset things.
