Since you've already updated your drivers and the game, I would suggest trying the following troubleshooting steps:

If your resolution changes unexpectedly, try the following:

1. Disable Full Screen Optimizations:
   
   • Right-click the game’s shortcut or .exe file, select Properties.
     
   • Go to the Compatibility tab, check Disable full screen optimizations, and click Apply.
     
   • Launch the game again.
     
2. Optimizations for Windowed Games in Windows 11:
   
   • In Settings, go to System > Display > Graphics > Change default graphics settings.
     
   • Turn on Optimizations for windowed games and restart your game

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to my SSD and also additional regular hard drives and had no success so far. Do you remember if there was anything else unique that you did to get it to work?
