Game has disappeared from my Xbox library (PC)

I had Halo Infinite via Game Pass on PC, but it has disappeared from my library. There's no button to "get updates" in the library (as some have pointed out), every game is either updated, or not installed.

I cannot install Halo Infinite again, gives me error 0x80070424 .

I actually cannot install any Game Pass game, same error. Can install other free games tho.

My credentials are correct, connection is fine, and my Game Pass subscription has 2 more months to go.

I cannot update the game via the Microsoft Store because it doesn't show up there.

I cannot uninstall (and reinstall) Gaming Services, even via the PowerShell command ran as administrator.

I had updated my Windows 10 to the latest version one hour ago.

I have updated, repaired, and reset all related apps to no avail.

I cannot contact Xbox support because the option is either not available, or there is no option to chat, period.

It seems this issue isn't something I can look up and fix, will have to wait for IT to come up with a solution? I have not been able to find official confirmation that Xbox Game Pass services are down or something on Halo/Xbox's support channels.

I'm fearing that my account is screwed (because I cannot install ANY Game Pass game despite having an active subscription) and will need to seek professional assistance. But since I cannot contact Xbox support via their "Contact Us" site I'm getting uneasy.

Are you able to see this code redeemed on your account whenever you check your

Order history?

When you try to download it from the Store, do you experiencing any difficulties?

When you are viewing your Full Library, are you able to select on the top left-hand side to show any hidden items? Do you see your game there?

If you can provide these details for us, we should be able to assist you further on this matter.

I completely removed the ecternal harddrive and redownloaded lego marvel onto my xbox and as soon as i reset the xbox it disappears from the library but i can still play it from the dashboard pin. It will show up if i refresh my library but disappears
after reset. This just started after the December update.

Make sure that you do not have your games filtered there is a button on the top of the games and app that looks like a funnel that you can filter the games by different things.
