Game has been removed from my library

I purchased Forza 7 back in 2020, it was the only game I purchased on Microsoft store.

The game is no longer in my library or purchase history.

Inside the Xbox pc app, logged in with my microsoft account that I had purchased the game with, it is also not in my library.

When I look at my profile tab, I can see all the achievements I have acquired in game, and can see that I have indeed had the game.

Any reason to why this is?

I'm sorry but without the order history, we will not be able to validate the license for the game. Kindly check other Microsoft accounts that you own.

You miss understand, I am asking why Microsoft has removed my game from purchase history and library? I am using the account I purchased it with.

Do you own the game or did you get it through Game Pass?

If you got it through Game Pass, it has been removed from the library.

this happens with stolen or fraudulent keys, happens on all platforms too, if a dodgy key was used to claim a game then they have the right to remove said game from the account, your only recourse is to contact the seller of the key.

If the store stated as "canceled" it may mean that it has been removed and since this was purchased from a third-party retail store you will be needing to reach out to them to get your money back or to get the game back.
