Game has been effectively cancelled.

This game as far as the console version is concerned is officially dead in the water, I was in Gamestop the other day and asked about it and they said that it has gotten delayed again until spring. This just goes to show that it is just never going to
see the light of day, and if it does then it will be a flop.

Gears of War: Judgement Multiplayer Demo

Gears has always been a very fast paced game if you can wall bounce effectively. A lot faster than COD lol.

 

Agreed they would probably have more luck porting skyrim to xbox one

 

be honest...do you think the PC will last until Spring

I've unsub and they gave me a free week but Ill save it as i assume I'll have to re-sub to xfer my characters IF they ever do anything for console

 

I would have been much more excited about another single player Elder Scrolls game or just something where you could have a co-op up to 4 players online for story quests and maybe a multiplayer PvP arena or something small where you can still have the whole
world to yourself and share some things if you wish. Or maybe go with a setup like Destiny has taken with each area only allowing a handful of people where its not overrun with so many people.

New it is dead in the water. They have really *** the release for consoles of this game up. Yeah I know the same thing happened with Final Fantasy XIV but this game was just clunky/bad out of the gate. After playing the PC version for 6 months I got fed
up and quit. Elder Scrolls needs to stick to single player RPGs this is not their specialty.

 

I'm only going off his response to my question where he literally and specifically called out my question on the last Twitch QnA - Ask Paul Sage session on 10/25.

If he is just delaying the announcement for PR reasons.....well I would hope another studio takes over the game and does it right. I do agree that the PC is now at best, BAD.

I've actually considered the current PC state of the game an extended BETA that is getting better and then they go and change major functions/features and start over.

Hopefully in 2016 we see something worth quality on this for console.

HOPEFULLY it follows the Diablo 3 PC, where the console is a completely different experience and faar surpasses the PC game.

I recently started playing on PC again since they dropped the sub fee and I can say it is 10x better than the game was on release. When I made the thread though every person I talked to as far as game retailer and what I read said that it was dead in the
water.

 

A lot has changed for the better.

I'm still anxious that they remove VR levels and also remove the requirement to do silver and gold quests.

 

I was thinking about getting it once it drops for X1. But, after watching Angry Joe's Review of it (look it up on youtube) I'm heavily considering skipping it. Graphics are horrendous and the gameplay looks so dull and boring. Such a disappointment.

I can confirm the PC version as far as graphics are better than any MMO on the market unless you're into cartoon graphics.

I'd also be very cautious on trying to evaluate streaming.

The gameplay is a similar mix of SKyrim and some online limitations but 80% of the experiences are that of Skyrim as far as fighting.

Best coarse of action is to check on people's feeds once BETA is active for consoles. Also don't judge graphics because all vids are downgraded substantially.

The game looks incredible on PC

*If you're expecting a SKyrim game...this is not for you. Its more like WoW or other MMORPG's with a lot of solo content and a basic amount of group content.
