Game hanging on Oral B commercial and charging time against me

    Game hanging on Oral B commercial and charging time against me


    Just wondering - think I was on the way to a time of less than an hour, but the games hung up after Oral B commercials twice - one time costing me about 55 minutes and the other about 20 minutes. Each time I got around the hang up by going to a different
    game and not trying to keep playng the game I had hung up on. Any idea how to stop this in the future?

    We are also getting this issue with the Oral B commercial...It's bad enough having to set through it once, but then it closes the app, and wants to run the Oral B ad again upon re-entry! I would have thought Microsoft would have fixed this by now!

    Every time I play solitaire challenge I get kicked off by Oral B commercial. How do I repair this? so gaul dang aggravating.

    Agreed.....been doing for days.....not sure if the running of this andd and it constantly shutting down your program is really good for your advertiser...

    It happened again for the June 15th daily challenge!

    I clicked on the tripeaks challenge, an oral b commercial played, then the window grayed out and CLOSED!

    I had to suffer through another commercial when I re-opened the daily challenge again, before I could start tripeaks (as the first game I played).

    Then, after the fourth game, I had to suffer through most of a self promotion commercial (advertising the ms games). It FROZE twice while trying to play!, and didn't completely finish before it allowed me to play the 5th and final daily challenge.

    I opened the ms solitaire collection for the daily challenges June 22, 2018.

    I clicked on the tri-peaks challenge.

    An oral b commercial played.

    The window grayed out and CLOSED!
