Game got used on my account?

I recently bought the series X and my dad was interested in trying a racing game. Found one from my GAMES WITH GOLD membership and downloaded it but didn't boot it on my account.Instead my dad signed off of my account completely and the signed in his and
booted up the game(since it's my home xbox and we share gold). But couple of hours later I sign in to my account and for some reason it says I have 2 minutes of gameplay on the game my dad(only on his account played). I know It's not a big issue at the moment,
I just want to know how it happened so I can avoid it from happening again.

Edit:I didn't start the game on my account before my dad did on his. Checked on my achievements list and it wasn't there before.

I would contact microsoft support-billing and report the card as stolen, and also contact your bank to de-activate the card.
